My Experience
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare education and wellness coaching, I help individuals create personalized wellness plans that focus on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and emotional resilience. As a Certified Wellness Coach, I empower clients to set goals, build sustainable habits, and make informed health decisions.
As an instructional designer, I’ve created e-learning courses and multimedia content for organizations like the Department of Veteran Affairs and the FDA. I specialize in developing SCORM-compliant, interactive training that improves workforce performance and well-being using evidence-based strategies and adult learning principles.
